American Parking Control (APC) has proudly served the Houston area since 1984. Currently, we are under new ownership and are veteran-owned. We recognize the importance of maintaining APC’s long tradition of outstanding customer service. We specialize in a range of commercial, public sector, and industrial construction services—including installing complex foundations, asphalt and concrete paving. We do seal coating, storm sewer installation, soil stabilization, land clearing, and regrading.
We are often hired as the first contractor onsite—we clear the land, install the storm sewer, stabilize the soil, form and pour the foundation and pour the paving. And, in order to ease traffic conditions, we maintain a strong communication with other subs involved in the project.

William O’Connor
Principal
William is a licensed, professional engineer in the state of Texas. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Oklahoma State University and an MS in Civil Engineering (with an emphasis on construction engineering and project management) from the University of Texas at Austin. William’s background as a civil field engineer and superintendent on Mega Projects for Bechtel, the nation’s largest civil engineering company, strengthens APC’s ability to provide quality performances. At APC, William focuses on business development, estimating, and project execution.

Jereme Sonnenfeld
Principal
Jereme has worked in the construction industry for 17 years during which he spent four years in field operations for the third largest masonry contractor in the country. Most recently, he spent 13 years as a Project/Senior Project Manager in civil construction. He has provided estimation, contract review and negotiation, and project management and consultation services on over 3,000 projects throughout Texas, Mississippi and Louisiana for clients in multiple industries. Jereme focuses on Business Development and Retention, and Program Development and Operations at APC. Jereme holds a BS in Global Business, is married with three children and resides in the Houston area.

George Williams
Operations Manager
George has 28 years of experience with federal, state, county, airport, and Corp of Engineers projects throughout Texas. He spent ten years with APAC as an operator for base, asphalt and concrete projects. For 18 years George worked with Brown & Root USA as Asphalt / Base foreman, Asphalt Superintendent and North Texas Operations Manager in the DFW area. He also has two years consulting experience, working for Texas and out-of-state contractors, and 20 years experience as a commercial construction operations manager.

Crystal Morales
Office Manager
Crystal joined the APC Team in 2017. She brings over 15 years of experience in administrative and business relations at the management level. She has extensive experience with all administrative tasks and is able to cater to a wide variety of business needs. Her strong work ethic and love for a challenge made her a perfect fit at APC. Crystal prides herself in being a liaison to all the moving parts in the complex and evolving company. She focuses on bookkeeping, human resources, business growth, cost management, and company procedure and compliance.

Will Schwarzlose
Estimator/Project Manager
Will has worked in the construction industry for 26 years, starting as a 13-year-old for his family swimming pool construction company in Beaumont, Texas. In 2006, Will changed fields slightly when he began as a concrete estimator and project manager for wide ranging projects including those involving high rise elevated concrete, office warehouse tilt wall, slabs on grade, and various site concrete projects for customers in education, healthcare, industrial, commercial, and residential areas. He has worked on federal, state, and county projects as well as projects for universities and independent school districts at every level in many different Texas markets. Since 2012, Will has worked on many sitework and asphalt paving projects, adding these two disciplines to his tool belt. Will focuses on Business Development, Sales, Estimating, and Project Management for APC.
